Suites on Scottsdale

Suites on Scottsdale is a 114-room extended stay hotel that Sterling will be converting into an upscale, 85-unit apartment complex. The property is located between downtown Scottsdale to the South, the prestigious Paradise Valley neighborhood to the West, and the Scottsdale Airpark Employment Corridor to the North, boasting nearly 90,000 jobs. The Loop 101 is situated two miles East of the community, providing direct access to Phoenix’s fastest growing employment centers. Residences will consist of luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 450 to 1350 square feet. Site amenities will be redesigned during the conversion with upgrades scheduled for the pool area, fitness room, clubhouse, conference room, outdoor lounge, theater room, and addition of a smart access system. This acquisition marks Sterling’s second adaptive reuse project.
